Initially working with the artist was pleasant. Though he doesn’t take more input that defining the “interests and hobbies” he does a nice job of representing the intention with his work. My less than glowing review revolves around the delivery and inappropriate comments made during his lack of attempts to resolve. The gift arrived a week later than agreed. He blames everyone to include US and Canada govt relations and US Customs. I really should report him to Etsy. He made no offer to credit. He sent the package without any consult on type of delivery address and had requirements that restricted USPS from using secure mail drop boxes. He used Canadian post and claimed he had no choice. I suggest he should just pedal is wares in Canada, because in the US when people work they don’t hang out at home for a week waiting.
